Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered. However, we will offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was not delivered

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Cancellations
